It is with great enthusiasm and excitement I submit this application for Tenure and  Promotion at Florida Memorial University.  I have reviewed the criteria and expectations for Tthe Tenure and Promotion process and have documented evidence needed. My portfolio is organized under the main categories of Teaching, Scholarship and Service. My passion for teaching is evidently presented in the graduate and undergraduate courses that I teach and have developed. Documentation of my scholarship in the areas of publication, presentations, and grant writing is presented in this portfolio. Service commitments at the national, state, regional, university, college, and department level are also included under the respective sections.
