Continous improvement and keeping up to date with the changing body of knowledge and skills has always been very important to my professioanal life. I have hence kept abreast with the ever changing trends in my field as well as in higher education. Grant writing workshops, clinical educators training, Common core standards training, use of technology, and iPad institute are but a few of the professional development activities that I have been engaged in.
